The prices above are the full service prices. What you contribute depends on the type of support and your means.
Clinical supports
Usually fully funded — often at no cost to you at all.
Independence
A means-tested contribution, set by Services Australia based on your income and assets.

A means-tested contribution, set by Services Australia based on your income and assets.
Notes & policies.
Standard hours vary by service — nursing 8am–6pm, domestic assistance 9am–5pm, most other services 6am–6pm, Monday to Friday.
Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice — or if no one's home at the scheduled time — the full cost of the service is billed. The same applies if a suitable alternate worker is offered and declined at short notice.
Your contribution is determined by Services Australia based on your income and assets.
All prices exclude GST; GST is applied to customer-funded services. Prices are reviewed regularly and subject to change. Correct as at 1 November 2025.
